How the service works and under what conditions we work.
Automatic payment processing. Cryptocurrency is sent to the specified wallet address immediately after payment is received - usually within 5-15 minutes; Due to AML/KYC verification or network delays, the period may increase.
The technological execution of exchange operations is provided by the partner - the licensed virtual asset exchange operator Coin Market LLC (Kyrgyz Republic) on the basis of a license from the authorized body of the Kyrgyz Republic. The service complies with Federal Law 115 and FATF recommendations; details are in the Rules and Regulations.
Convenient payment via SBP QR for the Russian Federation and MBANK QR for Kyrgyzstan. No manual card entry - just scan the code in your banking app.
The address and transaction are scored through AML providers (Chainalysis, AMLBot, Crystal Blockchain). This reduces the risk of dealing in high-risk assets, but is not a guarantee and does not replace your own due diligence.
The rate is formed based on quotes from cryptocurrency exchanges (Bybit, Binance, OKX, Bitget, MEXC, Rapira) and the platform of the partner operator. The application rate is fixed for 15 minutes, the service commission is included in the calculation; the conditions for recalculation are described in the Regulations.
Current reserves for each area are published on the courses page - these are the amounts available for payment now. Applications within the reserve are processed automatically, large amounts are processed by agreement with support.
SAIKYO Exchange (Saiko, Saiko Exchange) is an automatic exchange service for digital assets. We combine payment through SBP in Russia and MBANK in Kyrgyzstan with cryptocurrency exchange from a licensed operating partner.
The service works with individuals, as well as LLCs and individual entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation and the CIS. All key processes are automated, acquiring is connected through payment providers, and operations are accompanied by AML/KYC procedures. The connection and request data are transmitted over secure channels (TLS). Controversial situations are resolved in the manner and within the time limits specified in the Regulations.
