Who operates SAIKYO Exchange and is there a legal entity?
Exchange operations are technologically provided by the partner, licensed virtual-asset exchange operator OsOO Coin Market in the Kyrgyz Republic. This is stated in section 7.1.2 of the Rules and on the About page. The licence was issued by the authorised Kyrgyz authority; it is not a Russian licence.
When did the service launch?
The saikyo.exchange domain was registered in May 2026; the service is young and says so openly. Its history can be checked through dates on the monitoring profiles and early posts in the @saikyoexchange Telegram channel.
Is SAIKYO listed on BestChange?

Are there hidden commissions?
